2008 Forum on the Future of New Jersey

Forum on the Future of New Jersey

NJN Studios, Trenton, New Jersey
October 15, 2008   9:30am - 2:30pm
Should New Jersey Start All Over... with a CLEAN SLATE and
a FRESH START?

Is New Jersey "a state in crisis"? Would it be better if we could just start all over?

This annual Conference creates a visible, non-partisan Forum: identifying and exploring key issues affecting the past, present, and future of the state. The collective intellectual and social capital that is represented in the 1,000 men and women graduate Fellows of the Leadership New Jersey program over the past two decades is substantial.

The Forum is made possible through generous grants by presenting sponsor, Bank of America, plus Becton Dickinson, Birdsall Services Group, Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation, First Energy/Jersey Central Power and Light, Godwin Pumps, Gibbons, Valero, Princeton Public Affairs Group and other companies and organizations that support the mission of the LNJ Graduate Organization.

Leadership New Jersey is a not-for-profit organization made up of leaders from New Jersey's major corporations and smaller businesses, educational institutions, governmental entities, and non-profit institutions. Its goal is to expand and improve the pool of the state’s civic leaders. The program, founded in 1986, honors men and women who combine a successful career with leadership in serving their communities. It challenges them to do more. Leadership New Jersey is proud to have the ongoing support of ADP, Atlantic City Electric, Elizabethtown Gas, Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, Merck, NJN Network, NJR, Prudential, PSEG, Schering-Plough, Verizon and other businesses, institutions and organizations.
