Fifth Annual
Forum on the Future of NJ

NJN Studios, Trenton, New Jersey

New Jersey - a leader in the global economy? In the game or on the bench?

New Jersey as a 'Player'-explore panels that discuss what efforts industry experts are exerting to making New Jersey a leader in the global economy, and

New Jersey as a 'Winner'-predicting the next several years and what we need to do to ensure New Jersey is a "winner" in this marketplace.

This Annual Conference creates a visible, non-partisan Forum: identifying and exploring key issues affecting the past, present, and future of the state. The collective intellectual and social capital that is represented in the 1,000 men and women graduate Fellows of the Leadership New Jersey program over the past two decades is substantial. The Leadership New Jersey Graduate Organization (LNJGO) is committed to becoming a proactive, thoughtful, and respected force for change in New Jersey. Hosted three times at NJN’s Trenton studios, the Forum is a once-a-year opportunity for New Jersey leaders who shape the future of the State to:

  • Identify key issues and establish an agenda for change
  • Build bridges across usual barriers of work sector, geography and other demographics
  • Hear first-hand from key elected officials and opinion leaders, including the Governor
  • Engage in thoughtful, provocative discussion and debate
  • Invite concerned citizens from across New Jersey to join them
